When you have two lines of the same plane that never intersect is called parallel lines. We say that if there are two line segments are parallel if the lines they lie on are parallel. If line 1 is parallel to line 2, we write it like this, line 1 ĻU line 2. If two line segments DC and AB are parallel we write it like this, Segment DC Segment AB. |
