A ray is one of the easiest things to learn in geometry. We normally think of a ray as a "straight" line that begins at one point and extends forever in the opposite direction. Where the point begins is called the endpoint. Know we write the name ray with endpointA and passing through a pointB as "ray AB" or we can write it as AB with a arrow above it. |
