lines

A line is one of the basic terms in geometry. Many of us think that a "straight" line is just something drawn on a piece of paper with a pencil and ruler. But in geometry, the line extends in both directions forever. |
A line is straight, flat, and extends infinity in both directions. Through any two points, there is only one line that can be drawn. Two lines either intersect in one point, or they are parallel and never intersect. |
